Madrid’s Green Lung on Two Wheels: El Retiro Park Tour
Accompanied by our local expert, the adventure begins by exploring the iconic House of Wild Beasts, which housed the city’s first historic zoo. From there, you’ll cycle to the elegant Cecilio Rodríguez Gardens to admire its spectacular peacocks roaming freely. The ride continues to the majestic Crystal Palace, whose impressive glass structure seems to float magically among the trees, before stopping to circle the more than four thousand rose bushes that bring life and color to The Rose Garden.
Shortly after, you’ll uncover the mystery surrounding the famous Fallen Angel sculpture and visit the poignant Forest of Remembrance, a space dedicated to peace and memory in the capital.
